Japanese Ramen very brief history
Ramen was not originally from Japan, it was influenced from
Chinese noodle and had been developed to be an Own Japanese taste and recipes
in early 20th century.
There are mainly 4 types of ramen (defined by stock based)
1.
Shio Ramen: Salt based soup ramen
2. Tonkotsu Ramen: Pork bone soup ramen
3.
Shoyu Ramen: Soy sauce based soup ramen
4.
Miso Ramen: Spicy bean paste soup ramen
Moreover, there are a lot more variations of ramen from
different parts in Japan.
